This website is operated by Aesthetic Marketers. Throughout this document and the website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Aesthetic Marketers. Aesthetic Marketers offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply  to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.


By entering into business with us, you agree to:

  • Pay a portion of the final asking price upfront.This amount is not refundable in the event of a cancellation.
  • Pay the final amount outstanding on the successful delivery of your service/project.
  • Pay any penalties that may be charged against you in accordance with the penalty section below.
  • Accept any withdrawal of a website/project, discontinuance of work, or delay in completion due to missed payments by the client.


The nature of the services that Aesthetic Marketers offers, requires private information and personal details to be openly exchanged between us and our clients.

Aesthetic Marketers agree to keep all details of the client confidential. All details and information shared with Aesthetic Marketers will be used only for the purpose of the client’s project. On completion of the project – Aesthetic Marketers will dispose of any personal and private details of the client, barring contact details that may be used to inform the client about upcoming promotions, specials and events.

It is up to the client to provide Aesthetic Marketers with accurate and timely information on our request. Failure to provide information on request within 3 business days (with no communication/reasoning) may result in the client receiving a minor “delaying project” penalty.


A client may be held liable for a penalty/increase in price if:

  • After 3 business days, the client has not responded to a request for information or submission of documents without reason/communication.
  • The client requests tasks/features that fall outside the original project’s scope of work.
  • In the event of a cancellation, the client will not be able to refund the initial amount paid upfront.


Aesthetic Marketers will not disclose to any third party or use, other than for the purposes of this agreement, any knowledge or information imparted to or obtained by it during or in connection with the fulfilment of this agreement, which is of a secret or confidential nature relating to the business, equipment, processes, products, services or business strategies offered or employed by the CLIENT. This obligation of confidence will cease to apply in relation to information that Aesthetic Marketers is required to disclose by any law, or which becomes part of the public domain other than as the result of a breach by Aesthetic Marketers of its obligations of confidence under this Agreement.


If needed, Aesthetic Marketers reserves the right to outsource any specific project requirements to insure that the terms of this agreement are met. Any subcontractors or external suppliers will be bound to the terms of this agreement.


The CLIENT is responsible for all trademark, servicemark, copyright and patent infringement clearances. The CLIENT is also responsible for arranging, prior to publication, any necessary legal clearance of materials Aesthetic Marketers uses for this project. The CLIENT indemnifies Aesthetic Marketers against any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from any unauthorised use of photographs, text, or other Intellectual Property not under copyright ownership of the CLIENT.
